摘　　要：转化医学是联系基础医学与临床医学的纽带,对促进研究型医院解决重大疑难疾病问题具有重要意义。虽然我国已成立了多家转化医学研究机构,但目前基础医学与临床医学之间相互脱节现象严重,限制了转化医学对建设研究型医院的积极作用。本文在分析当前国内外转化医学的发展趋势的基础上,参照转化医学的思维模式,从诊疗、教学和科研三个方面探讨转化医学对研究型医院的提升作用,为发展研究型医院提供思路和参考。Translational medicine is the bridge between preclinical medicine and clinical medicine, which plays significant role in the progression of solving difficult diseases for research-oriented hospitals. Although a great number of institutes of translational medicine have been established domestically, the gap between preclinical medicine and clinical medicine limits the positive effect of translational medicine on the construction of research-oriented hospitals. Based on the trend of translational medi- cine, both at home and abroad, as well as referring to the thinking mode of translational medicine, this article will investigate the boosting effect of translational medicine on research-oriented hospitals from three aspects including medical treatment, education and research, aiming at providing ideas and reference for research-oriented hospitals.
