摘　　要：西医类来华留学生在实习期面临巨大的挑战和压力,留学生需要尽快适应实习医院的新环境、新文化。针对这一现状,笔者提出应进一步重视汉语尤其是医学汉语的教与学,帮助留学生突破语言关,加强院前教育,有效缩短实习适应期;留学生教育管理者要树立跨文化交流意识,不断提高自身跨文化沟通技巧,搭建"学校—医院—导师"三级支持网络等措施,帮助留学生尽早适应实习期的生活和学习,以保证留学生教育的可持续发展。Clinical medicine international students face huge challenge and pressure during internship, students need to adopt the new environment and culture in the intern hospital as soon as possible but still some problems exist, such as the language barrier, sense of identity barrier and the limited social support. Based on this situation, this paper puts forward ways to solve the problems： emphasizing the teaching and learning of Chinese language, especially the medical Chinese to break the language barri- er, strengthening the pre-hospital education to short the adaptation period, establishing the cross-cul- ture communication awareness and improving its skills and building the University-Intern Hospital- Supervisor tertiary social support network to ensure the sustainable development of international students~ education.
