摘 要:通过研究智能孔口流量计的工作原理,提出了基于钟罩标准装置的正压校准法和基于标准流量计的负压校准法,分别建立了实验测量系统和数学模型.通过2种校准法的检测实验,对实验结果的不确定度进行了分析评价,并对2种方法进行了比对分析.Based on research of operational principle of intelligent orifice flow-meter, two calibration methods were presented; one was positive pressure method which was based on the bell gas flow standard device, the other was negative pressure method which was based on the standard flow-meter, the measurement systems and mathematical models were established respectively. Through detection experiments of the two calibration methods, the uncertainties of experimental results were analyzed and evaluated, comparative analysis of the two methods were proposed.
