摘  要:N-异丙基丙烯酰胺通过预辐射方法接枝到聚丁二烯胶乳粒子表面。采用重量法、红外光谱、激光粒度仪和透射电镜分析PB-g-NIPAM的接枝率、结构、粒子粒径和形貌。结果表明,最佳反应条件是PB辐照剂量40KGy,NIPAM浓度为15%,温度为65℃,时间为3h;FT-IR图谱显示出PB-g-NIPAM有NIPAM特征吸收峰;LPS显示平均粒径增加并随着温度变化体积发生可逆变化;TEM观测到PB-g-NIPAM粒子呈核壳结构。N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) was grafted onto polybutadiene latex via preirradiation-induced graft polymerization. Graft degree, particle size and morphology of PBL-g-NIPAM were analyzed by gravimetric method, infrared spectroscopy, laser particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy. The best reaction conditions were 15% concentration of NIPAM, 65℃ of reaction temperature and 3 hour of reaction. FT-IR analysis shows that there are characteristic absorption peaks of NIPAM in PBL-g-NIPAM, LPS indicates that both the av-erage particle size and particle size reversible change with temprature. TEM observations reveal that PBL-g-PVA particles are core-shell structure.
