摘　　要：简述了大环化学的产生发展及应用。重点介绍了:(1)新型大环主体化合物的合成及应用;(2)新型瓜环化合物的合成及应用;(3)新型咔咯类化合物的合成及应用。并对大环化学的发展进行了展望。This paper briefly introduces the generation, development and applications of macrocyclic chem-istry. Emphases are put on three parts： 1synthesis and applications of new macrocyclic host compounds; 2 synthesis and applications of new cucurbituril compounds; 3 synthesis and applications of new corrole compounds.Future developments of macrocyclic chemistry are prospected in the end.
