摘  要:采用丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸(MA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和亲水性长链烯类单体(LN)制备了一种四元共聚油井水泥缓凝剂HL-1。采用单因素实验法优化了HL-1的合成条件,并用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(H^1-NMR)表征了最优合成条件下合成的HL-1结构,考察了该HL-1对水泥浆(G级油井水泥+3.0%微硅+30%砂+1.5%降失水剂SZ1-2+0.8%分散剂SXY,水灰比W/S=0.44)的缓凝性能和流变性能及所形成的水泥石抗压强度的影响。优化后的实合成条件为:AA、MA、SSS、LN摩尔比为0.06:0.54:1:0.1,单体质量分数30%,反应温度60℃,引发剂加量5.0%,pH=5。经IR和H^1-NMR表征,聚合物HL-1的结构与分子设计的目标产物一致。HL-1热稳定性较好,可以在温度低于260℃的较宽温度范围内使用。性能评价结果表明,HL-1具有较好的高温缓凝性能,在150℃、80 MPa下,加有1.0%HL-1的水泥浆稠化时间达到380 min;HL-1对水泥浆有较好的分散作用,可有效改善水泥浆的流动性且对水泥石强度影响不大。A novel cement retarder HL-1 was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA),maleic acid(MA),sodium p-styrenesulfonate(SSS) and the hydrophilic long-chain alkene monomers(LN).The optimized synthesis conditions had been determined by single factor method and the structure of the HL-1 obtained at the optimal synthetic conditions was characterized with infrared spectrum(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(H^1-NMR).The influence of the HL-1,obtained at optimal synthetic conditions,on the retarding propertiesand rheological properties of the slurry(oil well cement G + 3.0%silicon micro + 30%sand + 1.5%filtrate reducer SZ1-2 + 0.8%dispersant SXY,water cement ratio W/S = 0.44) and on the compressive strength of cement stone was investigated.The optimized synthesis conditions were as follows:the mole ratio of AA,MA,SSS,LN was 0.06:1:0.54:0.1,the monomer mass fraction was of 30%,the reaction temperature was 60 t,the dosage of initiator was 5%,and the pH value of 5.The IR and H'-NMR results confirmed that,the structure of HL-1 was consistent with the molecular design.It turned out that the HL-1 had good thermal stability and could be used below 260℃.The evaluation results showed that HL-1 had good high temperature retarding performance and the thickening time of the cement slurry containing 1.0%HL-1 reached 380 min at the temperature of 150℃ and at the pressure of 80 MPa.HL-1 had good dispersion effect on the slurry,which could effectively improve the liquidity of the slurry and had little influence on the strength of cement stone.
