摘 要:针对长输管道压气站压缩机组进气滤芯冬季结霜导致进气压损变大的问题,结合站场现有的除霜措施,优化原有反吹系统的除霜方案,提出了一种改进的进气滤芯反吹系统开关控制逻辑算法:通过采集环境温度、环境湿度以及进气滤芯壁温信号,计算得出环境露点温度,并与采集的进气滤芯壁温进行比较,判断是否存在结霜可能性,以此作为反吹系统开关的控制条件,达到抑制进气滤芯结霜的目的。研究结果表明:优化了的控制系统能够提前对结霜可能做出响应,动态控制反吹除霜系统的启停,保证进气滤芯附近环境参数维持在一个不宜结霜的条件下,为解决压缩机组进气滤芯结霜问题提供了一种可行方案。Frosting of gas intake filters in compressors at compressor stations along long-distance pipelines in winter may lead to significant increases in pressure losses. With consideration to available defrosting techniques, original defrosting process involving back-flushing system has been optimized to propose a modified logical algorithm for control over back- flushing system of gas intake filters. The optimized algorithm can acquire environmental temperature, humidity and wall temperature of gas intake filter to determine the dew-point temperature. By comparing with the acquired wall temperature of gas intake filter, the system diagnoses the possibility of frosting and then controls the back-flushing system to eliminate frost in gas intake filter. Research results show that the new control system effectively respond to possible frosting conditions in timely manner and dynamically control the back-flushing system. By maintaining environmental conditions in vicinity of gas intake filters at levels not subject to frosting, the new technique provides a feasible solution against frosting of gas intake filters in compressors.
