骨筋肉操在膝骨性关节炎患者防治中的作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨骨筋肉康复操防治膝骨性关节炎的效果.方法：110例膝骨性关节炎患者随机平分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规健康宣教及功能锻炼,实验组在对照组基础上采用我院骨科设计的站、坐、卧位骨筋肉操,观察两组患者疼痛评分（VAS）及疗效评分.结果：治疗2周后及治疗后2个月两组患者疼痛VAS评分均低于治疗前,且实验组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗2周后实验组优良率为45.45%,显著高于对照组的27.27%（P=0.0138〈0.05）;治疗后2个月实验组优良率为58.18%,显著高于对照组的41.82%（P=0.045〈0.05）.结论：骨筋肉操方法简单,防治膝骨性关节炎疗效显著持久,患者易于接受和坚持,值得临床推广应用.Objective：To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of Bone-Tendon-Muscle rehabilitation gymnastics on knee osteoarthritis. Meth-ods：110 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each of 55 cases, control group with rou-tine health education and functional exercises, based on which experimental group adopted Bone-Tendon-Muscle rehabilitation gymnastic designed by orthopedics department of our hospital,including standing, sitting and clinostatism, VAS score and curative effect of the two groups were ob-served. Results：Both VAS scores two weeks and two months after treatment were both lower than that before treatment, and experimental group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）, two weeks after treatment excellent and good rate of experimental group was 45.45%, significantly higher than that of control group by 27.27%（P=0.0138〈0.05）, two months after treatment excellent and good rate of experimental group was 58.18%, significantly higher than that of control group by 41.82%（P=0.045〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bone-Tendon-Muscle rehabilitation gymnastics is easy to learn, and preventive and therapeutic effect of which is significant and persistent for knee osteoarthritis, patients are easy to accept and adhere, being worth clinical application.
