摘 要:为了解决硫磺分散体易沉降、存放时间短的问题,对硫磺分散体的配方及制备工艺进行了相应的改进,检测并分析了改良后硫磺分散体的性能,将其应用到密封纸板中,探讨了其对密封纸板性能的影响。研究结果表明,以甘油为润湿剂,亚甲基二萘磺酸钠为分散剂,羧甲基纤维素钠为助悬剂的改良硫磺分散体平均粒径为0.76μm,较传统硫磺分散体更小更均匀,电荷密度较传统硫磺分散体增大,产品稳定性提高;以其作为硫化剂的密封纸板,抗张强度大,回弹率高,压缩率低,总体使用性能优于传统硫磺分散体和普通硫磺。Traditional sulfur dispersion suffered from fast precipitation and deterioration. In order to solve the problem, raw materials and the preparation process of traditional sulfur dispersion was improved. The performances of novel sulfur dispersion were analyzed. Then, the novel sulfur dispersion was applied to beater- addition paper board to discuss its effect on performances of paperboard. The results showed that the sulfur dispersion that using glycerol as wetting agent, using NNO as dispersing agent, and using carboxymethyl cellulose sodium as suspending agent has best performance. Compared to traditional sulfur dispersion, novel sulfur dispersion has smaller average particle size of 0.76 um and its uniform charge density increases to -7.8 meq.g^-1. The stability of products is also improved .In addition, the sealing paperboard using it as curing agent has higher rebound ratio, smaller compression rate and the overall practical effects are better than traditional sulfur dispersion and common sulfur.
