Livin与Bax蛋白在无排卵性功血中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测凋亡蛋白抑制因子Livin和促凋亡因子Bax在无排卵性功血患者子宫内膜的表达情况,探讨Livin和Bax与无排卵性功血的关系及相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对70例无排卵性功血中各增生病理类型的标本及20例正常子宫内膜组织进行Livin、Bax表达情况的检测,分析Livin和Bax与无排卵性功血的相关性。结果 Livin的表达在增生期与分泌期无显著性差异(P>0.05);Livin在实验组和对照组表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);在单纯型、复杂型、萎缩型子宫内膜的表达与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);在不典型增生子宫内膜的表达与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Bax表达在增生期与分泌期有显著性差异(P<0.05);在实验组和对照组表达无显著性差异(P>0.05),在单纯型、复杂型、不典型增生、萎缩型子宫内膜表达与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在无排卵性功血组织中Livin、Bax的表达之间有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Livin、Bax可作为子宫内膜组织发生癌前病变的一项参考指标。Objective ： To detect expression levels of Livin and Bax in endometrium of patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding（ADUB） , and to investigate their relationship. Methods Seventy cases of various proliferative endometrial samples of ADUB and 20 normal endometrlal samples were collected. The expressions of Livin and Bax were detected by immu- nohistochemical staining with appropriate antibodies. Results There was no significant difference in expression of Livin between proliferative phase and secretory phase （P 〉 0. 05 ）, there was significant difference in expression of Livin between experimental group and control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and significant difference between atypia hyperplasia and control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in expression of Bax between proliferative phase and secretory phase （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no significant difference in expression of Bax between experimental group and control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Expressions of Livin and Bax in simple byperplasia, complex hyperplasia, atrophic endometrium had no significant difference with cofitrol group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was correlation between Livin and Bax （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Livin and Bax can be used as a reference index of endometrial tissue precancerous lesions.
