摘  要:提出了一种适用于铅精矿中铅物相选择性浸出分离的方法。通过XRF和XRD的联合表征,在对铅精矿中铅的物相进行初步筛查的基础上,结合实际,将铅精矿中的铅物相分为易溶氧化态铅、硫化态铅以及难溶态铅三大类,简化了铅精矿的物相分析步骤。采用醋酸铵、醋酸以及抗坏血酸混合溶液浸出分离易溶氧化态铅,醋酸铵、醋酸以及过氧化氢混合溶液浸出分离硫化态铅,剩余残渣中为难溶态铅,以此将铅精矿中不同铅物相选择性分离。采用原子吸收光谱法测定浸出液及残渣中铅含量,考察了浸出液中各组分含量以及浸出时间对相应铅物相浸出率的影响,并优化了浸出条件。A new method of selective leaching lead phase in lead concentrate was developed in this paper. XRF and XRD were employed to characterize lead concentrate to recognize lead phase primarily, and the phase of lead in lead concentrate was divided to soluble lead oxide, lead sulfide and un-dissolved lead. Phase analysis of lead concentrates was simplified. The soluble lead oxide could be extracted and separated by the mixed solution of acetyl hydrate, ammonium acetate and ascorbic acid, the lead sulfide could be extracted and separated by the mixed solution of acetyl hydrate, ammonium acetate and hydrogen peroxide, and the un-dissolved lead could be obtained in the residue, so the different lead phases in lead concentrate were selectively separated. Atomic absorption spectroscopy was applied to detect the lead contents in the extracted solution and the residue. The effects of the contents of the components in the leaching solution and the leaching time on the leaching rate of corresponding lead phase were investigated, and the leaching conditions were optimized.
