摘  要:以硝酸铁为铁源、葡萄糖为碳源,采用水热结合氩气热处理方法制备Fe3O4/C复合催化剂.采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR等测试手段对催化剂的形貌和结构进行了分析.结果表明,所制备的Fe3O4/C复合催化剂中铁氧化物主要以Fe3O4形式存在,Fe3O4高度分散在碳基体上.Fe3O4/C样品表面含有丰富的含氧官能团(如羟基、羰基、羧基等).将Fe3O4/C催化剂用于以过氧化氢为氧源的苯甲醇选择性催化氧化制苯甲醛的反应中,500℃氩气热处理制备的Fe3O4/C-500催化剂的活性较高.该催化剂易于分离回收,且循环使用4次后,其催化活性几乎没有降低.以乙腈为溶剂,在最优条件下,苯甲醇转化率为78.84%,苯甲醛选择性为86.15%.Fe3O4/C composites were prepared by a hydrothermal method using glucose as carbon source and ferric nitrate as precursors and then heat treatment in argon atomsphere at various temperatures.The morphologies and structures of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The results showed that the iron oxide in the Fe3O4/C composites is mainly Fe3O4 nanopariticles,which were highly dispersed and confined in the carbonaceous matter.The surface of Fe3O4/C samples contains abundant containing-oxygen groups(such as hydroxyl,carbonyl,carboxyl,etc.).The SEM analysis shows that Fe3O4/C catalysts were carbon microspheres which have smooth surface without cracks and diameter reduced after heat treatment in argon atmosphere.The as-synthesized Fe3O4/C composites could be used as heterageneous catalyst for the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde using 30% H2O2 as oxidizing reagent.The results showed that Fe3O4/C-500 catalyst was recycled for four times without loss of activity.Using acetonitrile as solvent,the conversion of benzyl alcohol and selectivity to benzaldehyde were 78.84%and 86.15%,respectively.
