摘  要:针对色连二矿2-2煤自燃特点及12205工作面开采状况,通过模拟试验和开采实践,研究了2-2煤层自然发火规律。结果表明:(1)2-2煤层自然发火期短(〈20d),氧化性强,升温速度快,能够贫氧(氧浓度3%~5%)氧化,后期发展迅速(达到150℃时,1d内可自燃)。(2)乙烷(C2H6)、乙烯(C2H4)两种气体可作为采空区遗煤温度达到50℃左右的温度指标气体。(3)1 000×(CO/ΔO2)值可作为采空区遗煤氧化快慢的预警指标。该值小于2时,工作面可正常回采;大于2时,采空区遗煤增加或煤体氧化加速,要采取连续注氮等防灭火措施。According to the spontaneous combustion characteristics of 2-2 coal seam and mining situa‐tion of 12205 working face in Selian No.2 Coal Mine ,the 2-2 coal seam spontaneous combustion law was studied by simulating experiment and mining practice. The results show that :(1)spontaneous combustion period of 2 -2 coal seam is short (less than 20 days in actual field) ,strong oxygenation , heating up fast ,can be oxidized under poor oxygen (oxygen concentration 3% ~5% ) ,and later develo‐ping rapidly (after reaching 150 ℃ ,can burn in a day);(2)two gases of ethane (C2 H6 ) and ethylene (C2 H4 ) can be used as index gases of coal temperature reaches about 50 ℃ in gob ;(3 )the value of 1 000 times CO/ΔO2 can be used as warning index of coal oxidation speed in gob ,when the value is less than 2 ,working face can normally mining. When the value is more than 2 ,it indicates the quantity of coal is increasing or the speed of coal oxidation is accelerating in gob ,we should take continuous in‐jection nitrogen gas or other fire prevention and control measures.
