摘 要:我国东部矿区应用成功的冻结法和注浆法两种特殊凿井技术,在功能、原理、时效、适用条件、对凿井施工影响、工程造价等方面,都具有明显的区别,形成上部冲积层冻结、下部基岩段注浆的成熟模式,并衍生了"冻-注平行作业"快速建井工艺,推动了建井技术的发展。在西部矿区应用时,由于地下水、软岩等地质条件的变化,使得两种技术在应用中,因方法与技术参数选取不当,导致许多工程遗留问题较多。根据西部矿区地层条件和特殊凿井技术特点,提出了应对思路和原则,介绍了基于成功案例的最新技术进展。Freezing sinking method and grouting sinking method are two special shaft sinking methods , these two methods have been successfully applied in Eastern Mining Area in China. There are many significant differences between the two shaft sinking methods ,such as functions ,principles ,time effect ,applicable conditions ,influencing to shaft sinking ,project cost ,and so on. Therefore ,the mature model of freezing upper alluvium and grouting lower bedrock was formed ,and derived the quick shaft sinking technology of “freezing-grouting parallel operation” ,it promoted the development of mine con‐struction technology. While the two shaft sinking methods were applied in Western Mining Area in China ,due to changes in ground water ,soft rock and other geological conditions ,the two methods led to many problems be left in some shaft projects ,the reasons were inappropriate choice of shaft sinking methods and technical parameters. According to strata conditions of Western Mining Area in China and technical characteristics of special shaft sinking methods ,we proposed the ideas and principles to deal with the problems of shaft sinking in Western Mining Area in China ,and introduced the latest techno‐logical advances of freezing sinking method and grouting sinking method based on the success pro‐ject s.
