摘 要:矿井建设期间,虽然井筒提升保护装置在不断改进提高,但坠罐事故时有发生,轻则毁物,重则伤人。孟村矿主井坠罐事故发生后,通过对提升机制动力矩的计算、防坠抓捕器动作原理的分析,明确指出,制动油压不足,防坠抓捕器动作不灵活是事故发生的主要原因;从防坠抓捕器动作、联接装置、动力制动等方面,提出了防范措施。During a mine shaft construction period ,although the hoisting protection device of the mine shaft was continuously improved ,a mine shaft cage falling accident was occurred sometimes. The small accident would damage the materials and equipment and large accident would cause casualty . After the cage falling accident occurred in the mine main shaft of Mengcun Mine ,with the calculation on the bra‐king torque of the mine hoister and analysis on the action principle of the anti-falling catcher ,the paper clearly pointed out that the braking oil pressure insufficient and the action inflexible of the catcher were the main causes of the accident occurred. The relevant prevention measures were provided on the actions ,coupling device ,dynamic braking and other aspects of the catcher.
