摘  要:曲江矿井主井井塔+54m平台上,需安装1台Gm=32/5T型电动双梁吊钩桥式起重机。由于吊装高度较高,空间狭小,井塔封屋顶面期间,在屋顶面预留400mm×400mm小孔,作为+46m平台的提升吊装孔;在屋顶面中间预留600mm×600mm小孔,作为+54m平台吊装孔。吊装时,先吊装左梁,再吊装右梁,小车正好落在组装好的左、右梁轨道上;然后将起重机推到机房中间位置,进行调试,完成安装。On a +54 m platform of mine main shaft headframe of Qujiang Mine ,a set of Gm = 32/5T electric driving double girder hook overhead type crane was to be installed.Due to a high hoisting and installing height and small narrow space ,during the roof sealing of the headframe ,there was a 400 mm × 400 mm small hole preset on the building roof and would be applied to be a hoisting and installing hole for the +46 m platform. In the middle of the roof ,a 600 mm × 600 mm hole was preset as the hoisting and installing hole for a +54 m platform.During the hoisting and installing operation ,the left girder would be firstly hoisted and installed and then the right girder would be hoisted and in‐stalled.The trolley would be installed rightly on the left and right girder railways assembled.Late the crane would be pushed forward to the middle position of the equipment room ,would be adjusted and installed completely.
