摘　　要：在合成试验中,新的试验方法、新的试验回路和新的试验回路参数在应用以前,必须进行模拟来验证其是否正确。笔者针对断路器合成试验回路,根据"电容电流注入法"的原理研制了一种低压模拟装置。文中阐述了该低压模拟装置的技术方案和硬件电路原理,并且分析了影响低压模拟装置测量波形的几个重要因素,给出了注意事项及校准方法。研制的样机通过现场试验证明了文中所提的设计方案是正确的,达到了实际应用的目的。In the synthetic test, the new test method, new test circuit and new test circuit parameters must have been simulated before testing in order to verify its principle ＂capacitive current injection method＂, a low correctness. In this paper, according to the voltage simulation device is designed for the synthetic test circuit for circuit breaker. The technical scheme and hardware principle of the device are discussed. Besides, several important factors that influence low voltage simulation device＇s measuring waveform are analyzed, several notes and calibration methods are given. The prototype of the device is built and the expected performance is verified by experiment. And the practical application purposes has been reached.
