摘  要:混合型气体绝缘组合电器(hybrid-gas insulated switchgear,HGIS)在运行过程中,发生三相电流不平衡。为分析问题产生的原因,对HGIS进行了一系列试验,并返厂进行解体检查。结果表明:SF6气体分解物中SO2体积分数严重超标,C相回路接触电阻严重增大,C相分合闸时间测试无信号,三工位线隔离开关触头严重烧损。分析表明触头烧蚀是由设计缺陷、安装工艺不良等多个因素引起。对同类型的设备进行排查,发现多起类似问题。针对该类问题,建议厂家在设计应予以改进,并严格管制安装工艺,同时对已运行设备应加强在线监测,尽量避免使用三工位线隔离开关进行线路接地。Three-phase current unbalance of hybrid-gas insulated swi In order to analyze the reasons for the problem, a series of tests HGIS are carried out. Investigations for the same type of HGIS are carried out, and several similar problems are found. Aiming at these problems, it is suggested that manufacture should improve in the design and installation process. At the same time, it should strengthen the on-line monitoring of the operation HGIS, and try to avoid using three-station line switch for line grounding.
