从战略、战术层面提高辽宁电网新能源接纳能力研究

摘　　要：介绍了辽宁地区新能源现状及其接纳存在的主要问题,辽宁地区新能源分布及规划情况。从战略层面分析了提高辽宁电网新能源接纳能力的措施,从狭义和广义的角度分析新能源送出和新能源消纳。结合国家电网公司"十三五"电网规划、辽宁省"十三五"电网规划、辽宁省"十三五"能源规划,从战术层面给出提高辽宁新能源接纳能力的措施;综合全局,给出一些建议。This paper introduces the present situation of new energy and the main problems of new energy receptiveness of Liaoning . The distribution of new energy and plan situation of Liaoning are analyzed. New energy to send and acceptance in a narrow sense and a broadest sense are analyzed. The measures which adds the ability to accepting new energy from tactical level are proposed through com- bining the 13th five-year power plan of State Grid, the 13th five-year power plan of Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd. and the 13th five-year energy plan of Liaoning and some suggestions are given throughout the whole.
