摘　　要：旨在研究使用栖架养殖系统饲养与普通商品笼饲养的海兰褐蛋鸡在产蛋后期淘汰时,两者在蛋品质、血清生化指标、屠宰性能、骨骼健康方面的差异。将80只13周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成两组,55只采用栖架散养系统,25只采用普通商品笼养。于70周龄连续3 d收集鸡蛋进行蛋品质测定,73周龄进行屠宰及采样,测定血清生化、屠宰性能及骨骼强度。结果表明,栖架饲养蛋壳强度显著高于笼养(P<0.05),其他蛋品质无显著性差异(P>0.05);栖架饲养与笼养相比,血清碱性磷酸酶活性降低,差异极显著(P<0.01),血清钙及血清磷差异不显著(P>0.05);栖架饲养平均肝重、腹脂重降低,两种饲养系统差异显著(P<0.05),其他屠宰性能无显著性差异(P>0.05);栖架饲养下骨矿密度及骨矿含量稍高,但与笼养系统差异不显著(P>0.05)。This study aimed to determine the difference between aviary system and conventional cage system during late period of laying on egg quality, serum biochemistry, carcass traits and bone health in laying hens. 80 Hy-Line brown laying hens were randomly allocated to two groups at 13 weeks of age, 55 laying hens were kept in the aviary system and 25 laying hens were kept in conventional cages. The quality of eggs from two systems was examined at 70 weeks of age in three successive day. The serum biochemical indexes, slaughter performance and bone strength were examined at 73 weeks of age. The results showed that eggshell strength in the aviary system was significantly higherthan that in the cage system （P〈0.05）,there were no significant differences in other indexes between two different systems （/9〉0.05）. The serum alkaline phosphatase activity was lower in the aviary system,the difference was extremely significant （P〈0.01）. The serum calcium and serum phosphorus of laying hens in two systems had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The liver weight and abdominal fat weight in aviary system were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）,while there were no significant differences in other slaughter performance between two systems （P〉0.05）. The bone mineral density and bone mineral content in the aviary system were higher than those in conventional cages （P〉0.05）.
