木犀草素抗菌及消除耐药作用的研究进展

摘　　要：木犀草素属于天然黄酮类化合物,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤及消除耐药等多种药理作用,是一种广泛存在且具有药用价值的化合物。文章对近年来木犀草素在抗菌、消除耐药作用及其对应作用机制的研究作一综述,以期为木犀草素作为抗耐药菌新药的研发提供参考。Luteolin is a kind of flavonoid extracted from plants,which possesses pharmaceutic effects in many aspects, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral, antitumor, eliminating drug resistance and so on. The antibacterial activity, the effect in eliminating drug resistance and mechanism were reviewed in this article, which wa beneficial in further study of luteolin as an agents against infection caused by multidrug resistant bacteria.
