摘  要:为了降低煤巷掘进过程中瓦斯的涌出量,解决传统方法的缺点,采用密封剂喷涂法,将自主研制的LSH煤矿井下巷道涂料在潞安常村煤矿进行井下巷道壁面喷涂试用.通过现场检测,比较喷涂前后的曲线,瓦斯体积分数可降低0.07~ 1.2百分点,平均降低0.09百分点.通过对喷涂前后瓦斯涌出强度的计算和比较,结果表明:采用LSH涂料喷涂巷道以后,封堵了煤壁表面的裂隙,降低了巷道四周的透气性系数,延缓了瓦斯的涌出,封堵效果比较明显.In order to reduce the amount of gas emission in the process of excavating in coal roadway and solve the problem of the conventional method, the self-developed LSH coal mine roadway coating is sprayed in the roadway wall of Lu'an Changcun coal mine by the sealant spraying method. Through the field test and the comparison of the curves before and after spraying, the gas level can reduce by 0. 07-1.2 percent and 0.09 percent on average. The gas emission intensities before and after the spraying are calculated. The results show that the cracks in coal wall surface are blocked after the spraying, and the permeability coefficient around the roadway is reduced. It has delayed the gas gush and the blocking effect is obvious.
