摘 要:将防污闪涂料制成样片,放置在室外进行积污实验。在长周期监测的基础上,详细分析和模拟了在自然环境下积污硅橡胶表面的润湿行为,并对硅橡胶表面污秽物的结构和成分进行了分析。结果表明,积污硅橡胶表面的润湿行为受温度、湿度等外在自然环境影响,在四个季度中表现出明显的差异,且积污硅橡胶的憎水性随积污程度的加剧有进一步恶化的趋势;大风及降雨模拟试验结果显示,自然积污样片的表面污秽很难被清洗掉。Contamination Experiments were carried out with the samples prepared by anti-pollution flashover coatings in the outdoor nature. The surface wettability of the contaminated silicone rubber in the natural environment was analyzed and simulated in details on the basis of long time measurement. The structure and composition of the contamination on the surface of silicone rubber were also analyzed. Results indicated that the surface wettability of the contaminated silicone rubber showed a significant difference in the four quarters of the whole year,which was ascribed to the influence of the natural environment,such as temperature and humidity. Moreover,the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber became worse with the increment of contamination.The simulation results showed that the surface contamination of the silicone rubber in the natural environment was hard to clean by rain and wind.
