推进文明旅游需要温良恭俭让——谈中国出境游客道德素质建设

摘　　要：中国素有礼仪之邦的美称,"温良恭俭让"是中华民族的传统美德。本文通过对中国游客因缺失了"温良恭俭让"所导致的境外的不文明行为的深度阐释,赋予了"温良恭俭让"新的时代内涵,并且从重建中国出境游客道德素质方面,针对出境游客不文明旅游行为提出了一些措施,如素质教育应该深度化、开展文明旅游培训课程、政府通过公益广告加强与旅游者的心灵沟通等。China is known as the nation of the etiquette, and the Chinese nation relfects the traditional virtue of being temperat e, kind, courteous, restrained and magnanimous. The paper aims to deeply analyze the uncivilized behaviors overseas because some Chinese tourists lost the traditional virtue of them, it has been given the connotation of the new era, through the rebuilding the Chinese tourists moral quality, and it also gives the following measures according to the uncivilized tour behaviors of outbound tourists, such as quality education should be carried out deeply, civilized tourism training courses should be offered, and the government should strengthen the communication with the mind of tourists by public welfare advertisement.
