摘 要:以夏黑为试材,以避雨棚为对照,研究温棚栽培对夏黑物候期及其果实品质的影响。结果表明:温棚比避雨棚的有效积温高186.3℃,葡萄萌芽期、开花期和转色期均提早10d,成熟期提前17d,提早成熟效果显著;在同一时期,温棚内葡萄的平均单果重、干物质含量、可溶性固形物和还原糖含量均显著高于避雨棚,且差异显著。因此,温棚栽培既能提高果实品质又有利于广西葡萄早熟。With summer black grapes as trial material, rain shelter as a control, the effects of greenhouse cultivation on phenophase and grape quality of summer black grape are researched. The results show that, compare with shelter shed cultivation, the effective accumulated temperature of greenhouse cultivation is higher 186.3 ℃, and period of germination, florescence and veraison of grapes are earlier 10d, maturity earlier ltd. The early maturity effect is significant. During the same period, individual fully ripe fruit grape in greenhouse, the average weight, dry matter content, soluble solid content and the reducing sugar content are all higher than rain shelter cultivation(in addition to the tit.ratable acid), each index is significantly difference. Therefore, greenhouse cultivation in Guangxi can not only increase the fruit quality but also advance early ripening.
