摘  要:为了适合井筒不同层段封堵技术要求,开发出了具有温度控制凝胶化反应的液体桥塞剂。实验表明,在170℃~100℃范围内液体桥塞剂完成凝胶化反应,转变为具有弹性形变的井筒桥塞新材料,2小时以上的凝胶化反应时间保证了井下作业安全,井筒桥塞屈服应变小于50%,抗压强度大于0.2MPa/m。现场试验表明,对于φ127mm(5in)套管使用井筒桥塞剂3m3,在井下3000-3500 m层位形成井筒桥塞长度200m,抗压测试大于40MPa,起到了良好的井筒封堵作用。For the technical requirements of wellhole plugging in different reservoir layer,this paper presented a novel gel bridge plugging agent from gelation reaction controlled by temperatures along with the whole wellhole.The experimental results indicated that the gelation reaction of gel bridge plugging agent could be carried out in range of temperature from 100℃ to 170℃,and gave a new bridge plugging material with elastic deformation under pressure from external environment. The time of gelation reaction was more than 2 hours so that it could keep the safety to put the gel bridge plugging agent in desired layer. As the yield strain was smaller than 50%and the compressive strength was greater than 0.2MPa / m,the compression test of gel bridge plugging agent was up to 40 MPa while about 3 cubic meter raw material transformed into the agent with length of 200 meters at the wellhole layers between 3000 and 350 meters. It had performed much better the action of wellhole plugging.
