摘  要:针对塔中超深特低孔超低渗油藏,单段改造产能低等特点,采用了悬挂回插封隔器+裸眼封隔器+投球滑套的不动管柱分段改造完井工艺。从裂缝分段优化、压裂管柱、压裂液体系优选,以及施工规模等方面阐述了该工艺技术的现场应用情况。现场应用表明,水平井可分7段施工,滑套开启显示明显,与单段改造相比,极大地提高了产能。Single segment transformation has the characteristics of low productivity in super-deep-low permeability reservoir. Immobile string piecewise transformation completion is introduced to solve this problem. Downhole tools include suspension packers,open hole packer,pitch-slip-sets,and others. This paper introduces from aspects of subsection optimization of fractures,fracturing string,selection of fracturing fluid system,and conduction scale,etc. It shows that slip-sets open significantly in seven segments construction of a horizontal well in field application. Compared with single segment transformation,the new technology inproves productivity greatly.
