摘  要:SAGD双管六通是SAGD双管热采井口装置的主要组成部分,其结构及性能直接关系到井口装置的安全生产。由于六通的结构不同于一般的大、小四通结构,并且主副管在空间上形成一定角度,几何构造复杂,采用常规的力学分析方法进行强度校核时误差大。应用Pro/E三维软件对六通进行实体建模,载荷分析和应力、应变计算,并对结构尺寸进行优化处理。为产品的设计和优化改进提供理论依据。SAGD six-oillet is the main component of SAGD Dual thermal wellhead equipment,which plays the dual column and suspension of tubing and casing annular space sealing,the wellhead temperature under high pressure fluid effect in the process,its performance is directly related to the safety of the wellhead device. Due to the structure of six-oillet different from other large,small four-oillet structure,and the main and auxiliary pipe forms a certain angle in the space,the geometric structure is complex,the conventional method of mechanical analysis of large error strength verification. Application of Pro / E software for three-dimensional six-oillet solid modeling,analysis and calculation of stress,strain and load,and is used to optimize the structure dimension processing. Provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of product improvement.
