补益肺肾、凉血清肝法治疗缓解期哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补益肺肾、凉血清肝法治疗缓解期哮喘的临床疗效。方法:60例缓解期哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予自拟方并随症加减,对照组给予沙美特罗氟替卡松混粉吸入剂(舒利迭),早晚各1吸。治疗时间为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分、第1秒钟用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)/用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)(FEV1%)、Ig E。结果:治疗组有效率90.00%,对照组有效率83.33%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后患者乏力、口干、虚烦、易感冒等症状改善显著,优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后FEV1%改善无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后Ig E改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补益肺肾、凉血清肝法治疗缓解期哮喘疗效较好,能改善肺功能,显著降低血清Ig E水平。Objective：To explore the asthma remission qi and Yin,blood wind-cold type of treatment of new ideas and effective treatment agent. Methods：select 60 cases of asthma remission qi and Yin,blood wind-cold type patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. The treatment group to give the party and with the card to add and subtract. The control group given conventional western medicine treatment of salmeterol fluticasone mixed powder inhalant（ nimesulide overlapping）,a suction in the morning and night. Treatment for 3 months. Observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with FEV1,IgE level,the degree of improving clinical symptoms. Results：The treatment group total effectiveness 90. 00% ,compared with the control group total effective rate 83. 33% ,there was no statistically significant difference（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Patients in treatment group after treatment,such as fatigue,dry mouth,virtual vexed,easy cold symptoms improved significantly,such as superior to control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：the proposed party to asthma remission qi and Yin,blood points wind-cold type has a good curative effect, and can improve the pulmonary function（FEV1% ）,IgE.
