王少华苦辛通降法治疗脾胃病经验

摘　　要：脾与胃同属中焦,互为表里,并以纳与化、升与降、燥与湿三种相反相成的特性,维持其生理功能。任何一方出现偏颇,都会影响对方。当脾或胃出现病变时,应根据其特性加以调整。苦辛通降法是运用苦寒和辛温两种不同性味的药物配伍治疗疾病的一种特殊方法,适用于脾胃病之太阴、阳明同病的证候,有寄开于泄,寓通于降,相反相成,互制互济的效果。临床上脾胃病中出现寒热错杂、升降失调时当以苦辛通降法治之。王少华取法张仲景治疗痞证之苦辛通降法,将其从治疗少阳误下痞证,发展为治疗脾胃病之太阴、阳明同病的证候,广泛用于临床上反流性食管炎、慢性胃炎、肠炎、胃神经官能症及溃疡性结肠炎等脾胃病,取得了良好的疗效。Spleen and stomach belong to zhongjiao,stomach dominates reception,and the spleen governs transformation and transporta-tion,reception and transformation depand on each other. Spleen qi is characterized by ascent and stomach qi by descent,the two condi-tion each other by coordination of ascent and descent,commonly accomplishing the distribution of essence and conveyance of waste When the spleen is belongs to yin and likes dryness and hates dampness,stomach belong to yang and likes moisture and hates dryness. or gastric lesions,should according to its characteristics. bitter and acrid drugs with descending Methods is to use both experience of Ku-Han and XinWen compatibility to treat disease of a kind of special methods,apply to the lunar,yangming disease syndromes of spleen and stomach disease,there are open to drain,pass in drop,on the contrary,the effect of the system of mutual each other aid,in a word, not in the spleen and stomach disease clinically,when lifting disorders of the rule of law. Wang Shaohua takes the new certificate of Zhang Zhongjing treatment bitter and acrid drugs with descending method,from the treatment of Shaoyang disease under the new card, development for the treatment of spleen and stomach disease lunar,Yangming disease syndromes,widely used in clinical reflux esoph-agitis,chronic gastritis,enteritis,gastric neurosis and the spleen and stomach disease such as ulcerative colitis,has obtained the good curative effect.
