详解汪机《营卫论》

摘　　要：汪机的人体营卫阴阳观可从以下几点理解:1阴阳有时指代的是营卫两者,卫气属阳,营气属阴,朱丹溪"阳常有余,阴常不足"中的阴阳指的正是营卫;2营气、卫气同属一气,两者相对而言互为阴阳,但营气之中还可再分阴阳;3气血本一物,异名而同类,人体各经分受,各有气血多少之别,且营气之中兼有气血;4"阳常有余",无待于补,常言补阳补气,实则补营之阳、营之气;5"阴常不足"指营常不足,补阴实为补营,包含补营之阴和营之阳。如此一来,营中包含气血阴阳,故人身之虚皆营虚,补虚即要补营。而气血阴阳双补,以参芪为要,参芪温补的特性充分体现了固本培元、顾护脾胃之本的思想。Yingwei Yinyang by Wang Ji can be understood from the following points：①Yin and Yang sometimes refer to Yingwei,Wei Qi means Yang,Ying Qi means Yin,Zhu Danxi lun 〞Yang more than often,Yin often inadequate〞;②Yingwei belong to the continuity of gas,gas,Yin and Yang are both relatively each other,but can also be divided into Yin and Yang of camp gas;③Qi blood in this one thing means different and similar,human body divided;④ 〞Yang often more〞,no stay in filling,but fill the gas of Ying Yang;⑤〞Yin often inadequate〞 means Ying deficiency,tonifying Yin means tonifying ying,it contains perfect yingof Yin and Yang. Yingqi contained Qi blood and Yin and Yang,the virtual personal are Ying,tonify deficiency is to fill Ying. And Qi blood,Yin and Yang double comple-ment to ginseng and astragalus to,ginseng and astragalus removing features embodies the thrift of school,protecting of spleen and stom-ach,this thought.
