金雀根联合督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎肾阳虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金雀根联合督灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例强直性脊柱炎患者,采用随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各75例。治疗组给予金雀根联合督灸治疗;对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片和白芍总苷胶囊,疗程共12周,观察治疗前后疼痛积分、体征变化等。结果:两组患者治疗前后疼痛积分比较,有显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前后体征变化比较,有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:金雀根联合督灸治疗能有效缓解强直性脊柱炎肾阳虚证疗效显著,且不良反应少。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Caragana sinica Rehd combined with moxibustion in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：150 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into control group and treatment group,75 cases in each group. The treatment group was received Caragana sinica Rehd combined with moxibustion and the control group was given sulfasalazine enter-ic-coated tablets and total glucosides of Peony capsules,treatment for 12 weeks. Observed the pain integral and sign change of two groups. Conclusion：Caragana sinica Rehd combined with moxibustion in treating ankylosing spondylitis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms with fewer adverse reactions and the patient is well tolerated.
