摘 要:于2011年7月—2012年4月对和睦湿地浮游植物进行季度采样调查,分析了浮游植物优势种、多样性和群落结构季节变化特征及其与环境因子的关系.其结果为:本次调查共鉴定浮游植物101种,隶属于8门20目36科61属,浮游植物种类组成以绿藻门种类数最多(34.65%),硅藻门其次(22.77%),裸藻门(21.78%)也占较大比例.浮游植物细胞丰度在调查周年内变化范围为17.47×106~41.55×106个/L,全年细胞丰度平均值为27.99×106个/L.全年Margalef指数、Pielou指数、Shannon-Weaver指数和Simpson指数分别为0.60~1.68、0.59~0.81、1.21~2.51和0.62~0.86.Pearson相关性和主成分分析表明,TN、COD、pH和温度是驱动和睦湿地浮游植物群落季节变化的主要环境因子.Fifteen typical sampling sites were chosen to investigate the phytoplankton community structure and its relationships with the environmental variables in Hemu wetland between July,2011 and April,2012.The study identified101 species that belonged to 61 genera,36families,20 orders and 8phyla.Among the species,Chlorophyta was the dominant class,followed by Bacillariophyta and then Euglenophyta.The cell abundance of phytoplankton changed in the range of 17.47×106~41.55×106 ind./L,and the average cell abundance was 27.99×106 ind./L.The values of the Margelef index,Pielou index,Shannon index and Simpson index of the phytoplankton community were 0.60~1.68、0.59~0.81、1.21~2.51 and 0.62~0.86,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis and PCA analysis were used to indicate the relationships between environmental variables and the seasonal succession of phytoplankton community.The results showed that TN,COD,pH and temperature were the main dominant variables and contributed to the seasonal changes in the phytoplankton community.
