摘 要:文章对国内外学者在小麦早衰的生理、生化指标变化、常用的叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、根系活力、光合作用、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理、生化指标方面内研究进行了概述和总结,综述了小麦早衰引起的产量的变化及早衰的防控对策.最后对小麦早衰的分子生物学研究提出了展望,为今后植物理论和实践研究中延缓叶片衰老、延长叶片功能期进而提高小麦的产量提供理论依据.This paper aims to provide an overview and summery about the premature aging physiological and biochemical changes of wheat, with emphasis on common chlorophyll concentration, protein content, root vigor, photosynthesis, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde content of physiological and biochemical index proposed by the domestic and foreign scholars. Also, the combination of prevention and control measures in wheat production due to premature aging and premature aging changes were discussed. At last, this paper looks into the prospects of the molecular underlying the premature senescence so as to provide theoretical basis for improving wheat yield in the theoretical research and applications by delaying leaf senescence and prolonging the functional period of leaves.
