摘  要:目的比较4种HE染色方法制作旋毛虫肌幼虫囊包标本的效果。方法 HE染色方法1:苏木精染色5min,伊红染色5min,分色;HE染色方法2:苏木精染色15min,伊红染色5min,分色;HE染色方法3:苏木精染色1h,伊红染色30min,分色;HE染色方法4:苏木精染色1h,伊红染色1h,分色。结果 HE染色方法4制作的旋毛虫肌幼虫囊包标本,囊包梭形显著,结构清晰,囊内幼虫特征典型。结论 HE染色方法4制作的标本,染色效果好,易于观察。Objective A comparative staining effect of four HE staining methods for specimen of Trichinella spiralis encapsulated larvae. Methods No. 1 The speciemens were stained with hematoxylin staining solution for 5 min and eosin staining solution for 5 min, and faded. No. 2 The speciemens were stained with hematoxylin staining solution for 15 min and eosin staining solution for 5 min, and faded. No. 3 The speciemens were stained with hematoxylin staining solution for lh and eosin staining solution for 30 min, and faded. No. 4 The speciemens were stained with hematoxylin staining solution for lh and eosin staining solution for lh, and faded. Results The results showed that with the HE staining method No. 4 , the specimens showed clear structures and obvious shuttle figure. Conclusion The encapsulated larvae had a representative character, and easy to be observed.
