Based on the infiltration experiment of the three typical test areas in Ningxia Plain from north to south, the classical statistical method, pearson correlation coefficient method and multifractal were implemented to analyze the spatial variability of the hydraulic properties and its relation with the soil physical properties in Ningxia Plain. The results showed that, firstly, the hydraulic properties of soil water infiltration were multifractal and had strong spatial variability in three typical test areas, respectively.Secondly, the spatial variability of the steady infiltration rate and cumulative infiltration showed a strengthening momentum;on the contrary the saturated moisture showed a weakening momentum.Thirdly, the soil hydraulic properties were affected by long-distance variation, and were caused by big data. However,by analyzing the basic physical properties of soil and the correlation between soil hydraulic properties and multifractal spectrum width, multifractal spectrum graph and the generalized dimension, etc,in three experimental areas,it was found that the spatial variation of soil physical properties varies, and the causes of soil hydraulic properties and soil physical properties of the three experimental areas were also different.
