摘　　要：研究基于大数据的制造业转型升级方式和转型升级效果,针对基于大数据的制造业转型升级中存在的问题,如大数据自身不足,核心技术与自主创新能力程度低下,生产性服务要素投入与全球资源整合能力不足,服务体系薄弱与产品质量等问题,提出具体建议。In this paper, the way and effects of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing based on big data is analyzed for the problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, such as that big data has its own shortcomings, that the core technology and independent innovation ability level is low, that productive service inputs and global resources conformity ability is insufficient, that service system is weak and that product quality is poor. Some specific proposals are putting forward.
