野生油蘑菌种分离与纯化的研究

摘　　要：以在大庆市不同地区采集的野生油蘑为试验材料,选取子实体不同部位进行组织分离纯化,并对不同培养基下子实体的萌发状况进行了比较研究,得出PDA+杨树树叶浸泡液培养基最适宜油蘑菌丝的萌发,子实体表面的消毒与否对菌丝的生长产生影响。In this paper, Tricholoma populinum J. Lange which was collected in different areas of Daqing was selected as the experimental material. Different parts of the fruiting body was isolated and purified. The germination conditions of fruiting body under different culture medium was studied. The results showed that PDA＋poplar leaves liquid culture medium was the most suitable culture medium for mycelium germination. Whether the surface of fruiting body was disinfected had a great influenceon mycelium growth.
