摘  要:以双三羟甲基丙烷、丙烯酸为原料,负载型催化剂Mo-MCM-41为催化剂,用直接酯化法合成双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯。考察反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类和用量等因素对产品酯化率的影响。结果表明:催化剂Mo-MCM-41催化效率高,酯化率最高可达到97%,产品为浅黄色透明黏稠液体,用红外光谱进行了结构鉴定,并对产物的应用性能做了对比分析。Double trihydroxymethyl propane acrylate was synthesized by direct esterification using double trihydrorymethyl propane and acrylic acid as raw material and Mo-MCH-41 as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst type and dosage on yield were studied.The results showed that the catalytic efficiency of Mo-MCM-41 was high and the esterification rate reached 97%.The product is a light yellow transparent viscous liquid.Infrared spectoscopy was used for structural identification.A comparative analysis of the properties of the product in application was performed as well.
