摘　　要：建立了测定N-苯基哌嗪盐酸盐的方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为磷酸二氢钾缓冲液（0.05mol/L,pH=3.5）∶乙腈=50∶50,检测波长为249nm,流速为0.8mL/min。苯基哌嗪盐酸盐回收率为99.4%~102.0%（n=9）,重复性试验的相对标准偏差小于2.0%（n=6）,有关物质与主峰有较好的分离度。此法简单、重现性好、结果准确可靠,适用于N-苯基哌嗪盐酸盐的质量控制。The detection method for N-phenyl piperazine hydrochloride was established.Reverse phase HPLC with eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel as the HPLC column filler was used.Sodium dihydrogen phosphate/acetonitrilemobile（V/V=50/50）was the mobile phase;249nm was the detection wavelength;and the flow velocity,was 0.8mL/min.The rate recovery of phenyl piperazine hydrochloride was 99.4%~102.0%（n=9）;the standard deviation of the determination was less than 2.0%（n=6）;and the degree of separation was relatively high.The method was simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.It could be applied to quality control of production N-phenylpiperazine hydrochloride in industry.
