摘 要:针对毛细管节流多油垫闭式静压转台建立主轴系统动力学模型,应用Simulink软件得到了主轴系统在偏载下的动静态特性,分析了不同外载及不同加载位置对转台油膜厚度、油膜承载力、油腔压力及转台偏转角的影响.搭建了静压转台动静态特性实验装置,对8油垫静压转台进行了动态加载实验和正弦激励扫频实验.计算结果与实验结果比较表明:该理论模型具有合理性,为静压转台的优化设计和精密机床加工精度的提高提供依据.A dynamics model of a spindle system for capillary compensated multi-pad hydrostatic turntable was established.The dynamic and static characteristics of partial load of the spindle system were obtained by using Simulink software.The influences of different external loads and loading positions to thickness and bearing capacity of oil film,oil cavity pressure and the deflection angle of hydrostatic turntable were analyzed.A delicate test rig of hydrostatic turntable was constructed.Dynamic load test and swept sine excitation experiments were carried out for hydrostatic turntable of the eight oil pads.Numerical results and experimental results show that the theoretical model is reasonable,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing design of hydrostatic turntable and improving the machining precision of precision machine tools.
