摘  要:基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立了AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析了芯辊直径对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制性能的影响。结果表明,随着芯辊直径的增加,成形环件的等效应变和温度分布越来越均匀;同时轧制力和径向轧制力矩逐渐增大,轴向轧制力矩逐渐减小。Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit software, a 3D elastic-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical FE (finite element) model of hot radial-axial rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy was established to analyze influence of idle roll diameter on the non-uniform distribution of strain and temperature, rolling force and power parameters. The results show that with idle roll diameter increase, the strain distribution and the temperature distribution of the rolled ring become more homogeneous, meanwhile, the rolling force and rolling moment of radial direction are gradually increased with the increase at idle roll diameter, however, rolling moment at axial direction is decreased gradually.
