摘  要:针对复杂、大型、薄壁钛合金叶轮容易产生浇不足、冷隔、气缩孔、微裂纹等缺陷,进行了原因分析和工艺改进。采取机加工石墨型的工艺方法,通过顶注+底注式的离心铸造,成功浇注了质量为180kg、外形尺寸为Ф1 200mm×300mm、壁厚为8mm的钛合金叶轮。在该铸件的试制过程中,当凝壳炉的熔炼电流大于20kA时,其电压必须控制在35-41V,另外在石墨型表面喷涂ZrO2涂料后,降低铸件的表面粗糙度,同时降低了铸件表面的热裂倾向。Some defects easily occurred in thin walled titanium alloy impeller, such as misrun, coldshut, gas porosity and micro-crack, were analyzed, and processing design was modified. Through adopting the machining graphite model, vertical gate system and centrifugal casting methods, titanium alloy impeller with 180 kg andФ1 200mm×300 mm as well as the minimum wall thickness of 8 mm was prepared successfully. In addition, during melting process, the melting voltage is controlled in 35-41 V when the melting current is more than 20 kA. With spraying ZrO2 on the surface of the graphite mould, roughness of the impeller can be improved and hot crack tendency of surface is decreased.
