摘 要:研究了磁感应强度为0-1.5T的稳恒磁场对Al-10Ni合金凝固组织及结晶取向的影响。结果表明,稳恒磁场能够使合金中Al3Ni初生相均匀分布,在平行于磁场方向的截面上Al3Ni初生相发生定向排列,磁场能显著改变基体Al和Al3Ni相的晶体取向;随着磁感应强度的增加,Al3Ni相的定向排列程度逐渐提高,间距逐渐减小;基体铝相的(311)晶面的生长受到抑制,Al3Ni相在(hk0)面的衍射强度增强,同时以c轴平行磁场方向取向。Effects of different strength (0-1.5 T) of static magnetic field on solidified structure and crystal orientation of Al-10Ni alloy were investigated. The results show that the primary Al3 Ni phase is distributed homogeneously in the alloy and orientally aligned at parallel to the direction of the magnetic field. The crystal orientation of Al and Al3Ni phase can be changed by magnetic field. With the increase of magnetic field intensity, the alignment degree of the AlaNi phase is enhanced gradually with the decrease of the space. The crystal plane (311) of Al phase is restrained. The diffraction intensity of the crystal plane (hk0) is enhanced, and the crystal of AlaNi phase is oriented with c-axes parallels to the magnetic field.
