摘 要:与钢质材料不同,球墨铸铁曲轴的再制造镀前处理工艺复杂.采用电净与活化相结合的方法,对球墨铸铁曲轴的前处理工艺开展实验研究.得出最佳工艺参数为:电净电压10~15 V;第一次活化采用改进的酸性活化液,电压为10 V,时间为20 s;第二次活化采用有机活化液,电压为18 V,时间为80 s.经电净和二次活化处理,球墨铸铁曲轴表面质量明显改善,可满足再制造要求.Pretreatment process for nodular cast iron crankshaft was more complex than that for steel crankshaft. Experimental research on pretreatment process for nodular cast iron crankshaft was carried out adopting the method combining electric purify with activation. The optimal process parameters were determined as follows: electric purify voltage 10~15 V, first activation using improved acid activation fluid with voltage of 10 V and time of 20 s, second activation using organic activation fluid with voltage of 18 V and time of 80 s. It was found that surface quality of nodular cast iron crankshaft was obviously improved after electric purify and two step activation treatment, which indicating that can meet the remanufacturing requirements.
