摘  要:为了改善锌-镍合金镀层的耐蚀性,采用阴极电解法在其表面沉积了一层稀土转化膜.采用硫酸铜点滴等试验,确定了钝化液的组成和工艺条件.在优化的工艺条件下,锌-镍合金稀土钝化层的耐蚀性较钝化前的提高了5~10倍,稀土钝化后能使锌-镍合金镀层更加平整.钝化层能阻止腐蚀介质中电子和氧的传递,从而达到增强耐蚀性的效果.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of zinc-nickel alloy, a rare earth conversion coating was deposited on the surface by cathodic electrolysis passivation. The passivation solution compositions and process conditions were determined through copper sulfate dripping test. Results showed that the corrosion resistance of passivation coatings was increased by 5~10 folds compared with that of unpassivated coatings under optimal conditions, and the surface smoothness of zinc-nickel alloy was also improved. Passivation coatings can impede electron transfer and oxygen diffusion in corrosive medium, and then enhance the corrosion resistance.
