摘  要:电镀废水处理是电镀工业园区建设成功与否的关键环节。以某电镀工业园区废水为案例,分析该园区电镀废水的水质水量特点,阐述该园区电镀废水按质分类收集情况;以化学氧化+还原+沉淀为前处理工艺将废水中的氰化物及大部分重金属去除,再结合后续微生物处理工序,使微量的重金属及残余的有机物进一步去除,最终实现出水达标排放。Treatment of electroplating wastewater is vital for electroplating industrial park construction. The quality and quantity characteristic of electroplating wastewater were analyzed and the grading collection situation was also elaborated taking an electroplating industrial park wastewater as example. Cyanide and almost all heavy metals can he removed using chemical oxidation+ reduction+ precipitation pretreatment process, and then residual heavy metals and organic pollutants were removed adopting microbiological treatment process. The treated electroplating wastewater can meet the requirements of emission standard.
