摘　　要：价格是市场机制的核心,应完善能源市场机制、推进能源价格改革、充分发挥能源市场价格机制优化资源配置的决定性作用。通过回顾我国能源价格改革的实践,剖析了限制性能源价格加剧能源市场的供求矛盾、弱化市场配置效率,导致能源消费的负外部性补偿功能较弱等问题,进而提出了完善能源价格机制的对策建议。Price is the core of market mechanism, and the energy market mechanism should be improved, the energy price reform should be promoted, the decisive effect of optimization of resource allocation by energy market price mechanism should be brought into full play. By reviewing the practice of China＇s energy price reform, this paper analyzes the supply and demand conflict of energy market aggravated by restrictive energy price, the weakening market allocation efficiency and the weak negative external compensative function in energy consumption, and puts forward countermeasure for improvement.
