摘　　要：目的 :探讨椎管前壁成形与AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折疗效。方法 :对 1995年以来 80例胸腰椎爆裂骨折椎管狭窄骨片突入椎管的病例采用椎管前壁成形与AF系统复位内固定治疗。结果 :影像学包括X线片、CT和MRI综合评价及Frankel评分法评价 ,取得满意效果。结论Objective:To treat thoracolumbar burst fracture using AF internal fixator system and reforming the anterior spinal canal.Metheds: 80 cases with thoracolumbar burst were treated with AF internal fixator system and reforming the anterior spinal canal since 1995.All cases were followed up arrange two years to seven years.Results:According to the imaging date including X-ray,CT,MRI,and clinic neuro-muscle functional restore,with Frankel score,the satisfactory results were obtained.Conclusion:AF internal fixator system and reforming the anterior spinal canal were the ideal technique for treating thoracolumbar burst frature.
