摘 要:采用硅胶柱色谱法和重结晶法对八月桂花籽的化学成分进行了研究。从八月桂花籽的95%乙醇提取物中分离出9个单体化合物[熊果酸(1),苯甲酸(2),对羟基苯乙醇(3),β-谷甾醇(4),β-胡萝卜苷(5),红景天苷(6),红景天苷酯(7),(-)-methylelenolate(8)和4,4'-二甲基-3,3'-二甲氧羰基-5,5'-(1″-甲基-1,3″-丙基)-二吡啶(9)],其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,HMQC和HMBC确证。1~9均为首次从八月桂花籽中分离得到,其中7~9为首次以天然产物形式分离得到。The chemical components from the 95 % ethanol extract of the seeds of Osmanthus fragrans 'Bayuegui' were investigated by the silica gel, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatographies and restallization method. Nine compounds were obtained and identified as ursolic acid( 1 ), benzoic acid (2), p-hydroxyphenyl alcohol ( 3 ), β-sitosterol ( 4 ), fl-daucosterine ( 5 ), salidroside ( 6 ), β-D- glucopyranoside-2-(4-hydroxyphenethyl) -6-acetate ( 7 ), ( - ) -methylelenolate ( 8 ), 4,4'-dimethyl- 3,3 '-dimethoxycarbonyl-5,5 '- ( 1 "-methyl-1 ", 3"-propyl ) dipyridine ( 9 ). The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC. 1 -9 were isolated from the title plant for the first time and compounds 7 - 9 were isolated as a natural form for the first time.
